I love this oatmeal! Not only is it super easy to make, but it tastes like you’re having dessert for breakfast! Oats are great for you! Whether you use gluten free oats or good old fashioned oats, they have all the wonderful health benefits that oats have to offer.

So, wait, I get all these health benefits while eating something that tastes like dessert? YUP! That’s exactly what I’m telling you guys! This stuff is delicious! You just quickly whip it together the night before, and you wake up to breakfast waiting for you in the fridge! Awesome!
OVERNIGHT ALMOND OATMEAL
Ingredients: Makes 2 servings
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1/2 cup greek plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. alcohol free vanilla
- pinch of sea salt
- a healthy pinch of stevia
Directions:
1.) Combine all your ingredients, except the oats, in a bowl and stir until completely combined. Add the oats and stir to combine.
2.) Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight. Your oatmeal will be waiting for you when you wake up the next morning!
If you want, you can top the oatmeal with a topping of your choice (crushed nuts, chocolate chips, blueberries, etc.), but this stuff also tastes great just as it is! Enjoy!
