3-Ingredient Breakfast Cookies

Cookies for breakfast?!?! YES!!! These breakfast cookies are completely healthy, and make for a wonderful breakfast! Not only that, they only require THREE ingredients, and two of those ingredients are fruit, making these awesomely full of gobs of nutrition!

That being said, you could also replace the blueberries in this with another ingredient, such as chocolate chips, chopped walnuts (or some other nut), shredded carrots or zucchini, seeds, etc. In other words, you can easily make these your own depending on what you’re in the mood for! The best part about these is their simplicity, because a simple, delicious, and healthy breakfast is always a win in my book!


Ingredients – makes about 15 small cookies or 7 large cookies

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries


1.) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  In a mixing bowl, use a fork to mash the banans.  Add the oats and blueberries.  Mix well.

2.) Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.  Drop the cookie mixture onto the baking sheet using a spoon.

3.) Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

4.) Let cool a bit, then serve.
