Super Simple Honey Lemon Dressing

Don’t let the simplicity of this honey lemon dressing fool you! It’s absolutely delicious, and it lends itself so well to an enormous variety of salads or other dishes! There’s only 4 easy ingredients in this dressing, but they all pack a punch when it comes to nutrition!

The lemon juice in here provides a decent amount of vitamin C, which is great for the immune system and it is also great for liver health. The olive oil in here contains all sorts of good and healthy fats which is excellent for brain function and reducing inflammation. The raw honey in here has several medicinal properties such as being antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal. Bringing these all together with a pinch of sea salt makes for an super tangy, sweet, and salty dressing that is AMAZING!



  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp. Raw Honey
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Optional add-ins that go well with this: dried basil, apple cider vinegar, crushed almonds, dried thyme, cracked pepper, etc. Since this is such a simple recipe, you can add in as much or as little as you like to create the taste you are looking for.


Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and stir to combine.
