Healthy Almond Lemon Garlic Salad Dressing

This dressing tho! This stuff is so tangy with the perfect mix of sweet and salty, and it goes so well with just about any salad you can think of! The ingredients in this dressing pack it full of nutrition and health properties that are extremely beneficial to one’s health. This is my go-to for my Cabbage Tomato Salad (found here), but I use it on so many more salads than just that one. At any rate, you gotta give this stuff a try – you will love me after you do!


Ingredients (makes enough for 1-2 salads):

  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of stevia
  • sea salt to taste


Add all the ingredients to a small bowl, and stir until completely combined and there are no lumps. Pour over salad, and dig in!
