SIMPLE AND HEALTHY LEMON TAHINI DRESSING

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini
  • 2-3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • sea salt to taste

Directions:

Add the cashews and water to a blender, and blend till smooth. Pour the cashew mixture into a bowl, then add the rest of the dressing ingredients. Whisk till well combined.
