Fruit and Veggie Green Smoothie

Yesssss! Another super yummy green smoothie recipe! With the days getting warmer, I’ve been enjoying more and more smoothies – something about warmer weather always makes me crave these things!

This smoothie is super simple, but it is packed full of fruits and veggies, creamy, delicious, and oh so good for your! It’s also super light, so it is refreshing and makes for a perfect sipper out on the patio in the summertime! Let’s get to it!


Ingredients (makes 1 large smoothie or two small smoothies):

  • 2 cups frozen cauliflower
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • pinch of stevia (optional)
  • 2 cups almond milk


Simply place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
