Quick Fruit and Veggie Blast Smoothie

This was part of my breakfast this morning, and it was delicious, so I had to share! Furthermore, it’s packed with all kinds of nutrients thanks to the plethora of fruits and veggies in there. I love having smoothies for breakfast for this reason especially, because I know that I am starting off my day right and fueling my body with all sorts of goodness!

That being said, this smoothie also serves as a perfect way to get a quick shot of fruit and veggies anytime of the day! If you are looking for a quick pick-me-up that tastes delicious and is really refreshing – this smoothie is for you! One more plus about this smoothie is that due to the beets in it, it makes for an excellent tonic for a healthy liver, and it also can serve as a great recovery smoothie after a workout (especially if you add in a spoonful of the nut butter of your choice for some healthy fats to help you recover as well)! Okay, I will stop raving – let’s get to the recipe!
