Cauliflower Banana Chocolate Shake

Talk about a SUPER healthy shake!!!  This guy is full of nutrition, and it even has veggies in it!  Cauliflower, that is.  Oh, um, and did I mention it’s chocolate???  Seriously, my new favorite – I’m obsessed!

You may be questioning the cauliflower. Don’t worry – I promise you, you don’t taste it. This shake just tastes like pure chocolatey goodness, with a splash of banana! Now, you may also be questioning the chocolate part – does that make it not that good for you? NOPE! I used raw cacao to give this its awesome flavor, and raw cacao is seriously one of the best super foods out there for you, as it is packed with antioxidants, is a great energy booster, is a wonderful mood booster, and is a good source of magnesium, zinc, iron, and potassium. This just touches the surface with this super food!

Who would have thought that you could get all those benefits from CHOCOLATE?  The reason why raw cacao is so good for you, and chocolate not so much, is because raw cacao is chocolate in its purest form before adding all kinds of sugars and unhealthy chemicals to it, so it just contains nutrition, and that’s it!

On top of this, this shake has bananas and cauliflower, both of which are nutritional powerhouses.  I can’t even believe how good this shake is for you…reason being, it just tastes too good to be so good for you!  But, it is!



  • 1-2 cups almond milk (depending on how thick you want your shake to be)
  • 1/3 head of cauliflower, cooked and frozen (or 1-2 cups frozen cauliflower florets)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1-2 Tbsp. raw cacao
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp. alcohol free vanilla
  • stevia, to taste


Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Like I said – so obsessed with this stuff.  I could eat it breakfast, lunch, and dinner!  But don’t take my word for it – try it!!!  You won’t regret it!  Enjoy! 🙂
