Today, spring decided to start to peek it’s head here over in South Bend, so I was inspired to make a light smoothie that was geared more towards warmer weather! This smoothie is so great as a super healthy snack. It’s just fruit and veggies, so it is full of nutrients. However, there’s no add ins for protein or healthy fats, so it really serves as more of a snack than a meal. OH, but it is a DELICIOUS snack!
BANANA PINEAPPLE GREEN SMOOTHIE
- 1 Banana
- 2 leaves of Romaine Lettuce
- 2 stalks of Celery
- 1 cup chopped Pineapple
- Small chunk of ginger
- Small handful of Parsley
- 7-10 ice cubes
1.) Put all ingredients in a blender, then blend on high till smooth!
